    Registration, including payment of fees, is necessary to attend congress events as well as to have an abstract accepted and published.

    To ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, we request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

    The latest date for on-line registration will be June 10th, 2013. Any registration form received after this date will be processed on site at the congress venue.

    Payments by bank transfer will be allowed until May 15, 2013. After this date only credit card payments can be accepted. Your registration will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration information and payment

    Notes:

    • Each IEEE-member or IEEE non-member registered participant can present not more than 2 accepted contributions at the conference without extra charge.  Each additional contribution should be paid at the student fees considered at the moment of the payment.
    • Each Registered student can present 1 contribution at the conference without extra charge. Additional registered contributions should be paid at the student fees considered at the moment of the payment.
    • One day registration and Accompanying Person cannot present paper at the conference.
    • Full time students MUST provide valid proof (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by e-mail when submitting their registration and payment. It needs to be accepted.
    • IEEE Members must provide valid identity member card.

    Registration cancellation Policy

    • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
    • Cancellations received up to April 19th, 2013, deposits will be refunded less 30 € for administrative costs.
    • Cancellations received up to May 24th, 2013 included, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
    • No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 24th, 2013 or registered participants who fail to attend.
    • Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference

    Proof of Registration

    In case registration funds were sent late or, for some reason, were not credited to the Congress account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt received will be required to obtain your entry badge. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.

    Official Language

    The official language of the Congress is English.

    Badges and Security

    It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the symposium venue and during the social events because it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

    Attendance Certificate

    Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat and given to the registered participants.

    Medical Assistance and Insurance

    Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Congress. Neither ICVM/ISVM nor the Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Congress.
