Conference Layout
The entrance and the registration area are located at the Entrance Hall, at level 0 (ground level). The Exhibition, Poster Sessions and Coffee Breaks are located in Area 1 of the Exhibition Area of CCIB, also at level 0. The Plenary and Parallel Scientific Sessions take place in rooms 113 to 116, in level 1.
Exhibition Area
The Exhibition Area of the Conference will be located in Area 1 of the Exhibition Area of CCIB, which is at level 0 and has a surface of 3476 m2. The height to the ceiling in this area is 11.5 m.
The exhibition area includes:
- 40 exhibition booths with dimensions of 3 x 3 m2.
- 3 areas for food & beverage services (conference coffee breaks).
- 2 seating/meeting areas with tables and chairs.
- 195 boards for 390 posters.
The layout of the exhibition area is shown in the next page. It includes the reference numbers of the booths.
Exhibitor Fees
Three Exhibitor Packages are available. The standard Silver package includes access to the Conference for one person and a booth with the standard 3 m x 3 m size. The additional Gold and Platinum packages allow increasing the number of persons or doubling the booth surface.

Reference Information
1) Booth information
For Silver and Gold Exhibitors the booth dimensions are 3 m x 3 m. All other characteristics are the same as described here. Platinum Exhibitors have the option of booking a booth with 6 m x 3 m (pictured).
2) Electrical supply
All booths will be provided with 1 electrical switchboard with 1 Schuko output, as shown in the figure.
The standard power level included is 1.1 kW. This can be upgraded to 2.2 kW or 3.3 kW upon request with no additional cost.
3) Furniture
All Exhibitor Packages include one table of dimensions 150 cm (length), 80 cm (wide), 75 cm (height). Tabletop finish will be in either beech, black or white color.
4) Additional items
The Barcelona International Convention Centre has a full range of additional services for exhibitors. These include furniture, information technologies and telecommunications, security services and additional supplies (e.g. compressed air and water). These additional services would be available on request in advance with an additional cost.
